Why would I need professional photographs of my home? Aren’t iphone photos good enough?
Smartphone photos are good, but when people spend hours looking for a home or apartment there looking for something that looks great. So, how do your photos compare with other photographers?
The images we create will be professional, magazine-quality images that capture the attention of buyers. Some Photographers have equipment for dozens of situations but have very little experience within them. Professionals not only invest in the best equipment in their field but they also spend time mastering them. We pride ourselves with both.
Will buying an expensive cameras get me the same results?
With the addition of buying tripods, software, and lenses these tools require skill and full knowledge of equipment. Even professionals with the exact same equipment and experience won't have the same results. So it's important to find a photographer with images you like.
What will get photographed?
Major living areas of the home. Living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, master baths, finished basements and exteriors of the property. Utility rooms, garages, and small bathrooms will not be included unless you request to shoot them. If there are any photo requests let us know prior to arrival.
